Operating Procedures
The first thing that must happen for us to be a resource for you is for
you to submit a resume to be reviewed by a senior staff member. They will
determine the appropriateness of your experience relative to the needs of
our clients. We will also evaluate your resume for content and
presentation. Is it complete? Is the information presented logically? Is
all the content relevant or any irrelevant?
After we have reviewed your resume you will be contacted should there be a
fit with our services. Questions about your experience will be discussed
and, if necessary, suggestions to improve your resume will be offered. We
will discuss your reasons for seeking a new opportunity, what you are
looking for, your geographic preferences, salary requirements, and any
personal issues that would affect your search for a new opportunity. If we
feel any of your expectations are unrealistic we will tell you. Our
knowledge is based on working in the "real" marketplace with real
companies, not surveys or hearsay.
When openings are identified you will be contacted. We will then present
you to our clients for those positions of interest to you. Your resume is
never mass mailed or shared with anyone other then our clients, as we are
not part of any "recruiter network" that puts your resume in full view of
100-1000 different recruiting offices.
It is imperative that you be open and candid about your history, yourself
and your situation. We adhere to the highest ethical standards. We have an
obligation to our clients to pass along factual information. We take that
obligation very seriously. We look forward to a long-term relationship
with you built on trust, respect and results.
