Chemical Engineering Programs

The following is a concise list of colleges that are fully accredited in the field of Chemical Engineers.

The American Institute of Chemical Engineers inaugurated the accrediting of chemical engineering curricula in 1925. In 1932, the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) , formerly the Engineers' Council for Professional Development, inaugurated its program for accrediting undergraduate engineering curricula in the United States . Since then, AIChE has cooperated with ABET.
