Only One Refinery Now Shut After Gustav - DOE

There is only one U.S. oil refinery along the Gulf Coast -- ConocoPhillips' Belle Chasse 247,000 barrels per day facility in Louisiana -- that remains shut in the wake of Hurricane Gustav, the Energy Department said on Tuesday.
In its latest hurricane update, the department also said 12 natural gas processing plants are operating at reduced levels, nine plants are back to normal and six processing plants still remain shut after Gustav.
