NEW YORK, June 16 (Reuters) - Chemicals maker Hercules Inc. expects top-line 2005 growth of 5 percent to 8 percent and earnings growth in the double digits, President and Chief Executive Officer Craig Rogerson said on Thursday.

He also told the company's annual meeting that Hercules expected double-digit cash-flow growth as a result of operational improvements and reduction of legacy liabilities.

Analysts currently expect the Wilmington, Delaware company to report full-year earnings of $1.07 per share on estimated revenues of $2.14 billion.
