Rentech to buy fertilizer plant from Royster-Clark

 Nov 7 (Reuters) - Rentech Inc. on Monday said its Rentech Development Corporation unit has agreed to purchase all of Royster-Clark Nitrogen Inc.'s outstanding common shares for at least $50 million.
Rentech plans to convert the fertilizer plant from natural gas to coal-fed gasification using Illinois coal, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Rumman Ahmed in Bangalore) Source:
