NEW YORK, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Plastics company PolyOne Corp. said on Tuesday it will phase out its Manchester, England, plastic color additives facility.
The plant, with about 40 employees, is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2006, in a move designed to reduce costs and align capacity with market demand, the Cleveland-based company said.
