July 25 (Reuters) - Huntsman Corp. said its textiles effects unit agreed to acquire DuPont Co.'s global fluorochemical business for the nonwovens industry to improve its product offering in the technical textile market.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal includes a long-term supply agreement for finished products and intermediates, but does not include the transfer of DuPont employees or the sale of DuPont manufacturing assets, the chemical company said.
