Description:

Identifies, plans and manages projects related to new and/or revised products and processes from development through commercialization. Maintain current production capacity and improves existing systems performance, quality and cost. Serves as a primary resource for documentation, protocols, and implementation of processes and procedures that are able for cGMP validation. Prepares and/or reviews product and equipment requests and assesses enterprise impact for product and equipment Management of Change processes. Plans and executes validations as required for New/OTC Drugs (IQ, OQ, PQ, PV, and CV). Reviews and implements technology transfer documentation. Develops and implements experimental designs and plans for process commercialization. Conducts factory line trials, analyzes, and reports results, as required. Crafts procedures, validation documentation, and conduct training for new and reformulated products, processes, and equipment. Coordinates new/reformulated product scale-up to full commercialization for mix and fill systems. Provides technical assistance and training to support new & existing manufacturing processes. Assesses existing and new processing technologies, initiates, and implements improvements to improve efficiency in production. Maintains Supply Chain operations and facility compliance with regulatory (OSHA, cGMP, etc.) quality and manufacturing requirements. Engages in all supervisory activities and processes used within the enterprise. |
Requirements:
|
A degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of two (2) years experience in pharmaceutical, API, cosmetic or chemical process development or production environment. “Hands-on" project management and execution skills a plus. |
