Description:

Responsible for supervising the activities, procedures and standards of performance for all Maintenance personnel following established SOPs, safety, and regulatory policies. Responsible for directing the Maintenance Department to ensure that plant equipment is maintained to operate safely and efficiently and that repairs are conducted on a timely basis. Responsible for carrying out all plant capital projects utilizing plant maintenance labor. Maintain and further develop MP2 Maintenance database for work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, LO/TO and other procedures, equipment histories and inventories. Develop and execute the Plant Maintenance standards to meet the requirements set forth by AIB and the FDA. Assist the Operations Manager and Plant Engineer in preparing the plant capital budget. Develop and execute corrective actions for deficiencies found during regular plant audits. |
Requirements:
|
A degree in Engineering and 5-10 years of relevant chemical plant maintenance experience is required. Three to five years chemical experience in a supervisory or management role preferred. Experience managing with a maintenance software system is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with employees and management. |
