Operating Procedures
One of our Program managers will obtain a detailed opportunity description to include duties, education, experience and personality required for your need. We would need to know why the position is available, the reporting relationship and principle objective of person in the position. Our staff is made aware of the position and invited to source and/or suggest candidates. The program manager will search our database for candidates or referral sources, and one or more members of our staff will call potential candidates and screen them for interest and appropriate qualifications. Referrals will be pursued, and if candidate was previously unknown to us references will be obtained. At that point the resume will be screened a second time, to assure the best quality attainable for you. In the end, you will be the judge, and your feedback is essential in focusing our sourcing. Communications and feedback is key to keeping our staff working for you.
