MECHANICAL RELIABILITY ENGINEER
Develop and implement reliability strategies for plant equipment.
Champion improvements in preventative maintenance programs.
Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFAs) and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) concepts to improve system reliability.
Provide technical scopes and engineering field support for projects and turnarounds.
Support the development of the mechanical integrity program.
Ensure regulatory compliance in equipment areas.
Propose and champion projects to increase reliability of the plant equipment.
Manage equipment specifications and standards.
Work closely with Maintenance in the development and continuous improvement of plant PSM Mechanical Integrity programs, especially as this relates to Good Engineering Practices.
Interested in equipment vibration monitoring technology, oil analysis, laser alignment, and balancing techniques.
REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance/Reliability Engineering background in chemicals processing.
