DUTIES:
Ensure the highest safety standard for the Company’s regulatory requirements are met
for environmental, health, safety, security, and manufacturing processes
Responsible for all operations at the operating site
Identifying areas to improvement: cycle time, efficiency, and throughput in each
manufacturing area
Manages and sets priorities for Operations
Manages and aligns Maintenance to ensure proper alignment with manufacturing needs
Leadership on annual capital requirements aligning to business needs
Ensure PHA, PSM, RMP programs are current and completed
Sets strategic vision for the Fountain Inn operations and align to commercial plan
Coordinate plant support actives related to new product trials ensuring alignment in all
functional areas
Develop and implement key performance metrics including but not limited to: OEE, fist
pass quality, cycle time
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to ISO 9001
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Chemical Engineering with progressive related work experience in engineering leadership. Must have experience in batch chemical reactions. Strong communication and team building skills. Experience running and operating a multipurpose manufacturing operation. Must be proficient in verbal and written English language. Must be proficient in interpreting analytical data. Must have strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must demonstrate experience in metrics-based management, reviewing critical documents, and recordkeeping.
