SUMMARY: This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee and enhance utility systems, champion innovative solutions, and guide a team of skilled engineers and technical staff. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will drive impactful changes, foster a culture of innovation, and play a vital role in improving operations across the site, including those of tenant companies.

DUTIES:
Ensure Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance and lead the management of change processes.
Oversee engineering records, process specifications, and piping specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, tenant companies, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Lead and support capital project work to improve and expand facilities, including new distillation and control systems.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 2-5 engineers and draftsmen, fostering professional development and technical excellence.
Develop and implement training protocols for junior engineers and staff.
Collaborate with site leadership to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience in engineering roles within the chemical industry.
Demonstrated experience with utilities systems, process engineering, and compliance requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Hands-on experience with reactive chemistry, distillation systems, and utilities optimization.
Prior leadership experience in managing teams and driving process improvement.
Familiarity with aging site challenges and modernization efforts.
