DUTIES:
Guide unit personnel and collaborate with the management team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Coordinate production to align with marketing/customer demands and operational objectives, including raw material management.
Serve as the Responsible Care Management Representative (RCMR) and ISO Quality Manager (QM), fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Address challenges related to product quality, customer expectations, and process optimization.
Utilize expertise in ISO 9001, RC14001, and OSHA VPP to maintain high standards of operation.
Oversee Management of Change and HAZOP studies to ensure a secure working environment.
Assure adherence to permits, waste, and environmental regulations, and manage reporting requirements.
Engage with both on-site and off-site service providers to streamline operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Professional certifications related to quality management and process safety are advantageous. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the chemical industry. Proficient understanding of management systems (ISO 9001, RC14001, OSHA VPP). Exceptional leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
